Customised Rehabilitation &
1 on 1 Coaching 

This program is designed for individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic pain or mobility limitations, or recovering after surgery. Whether you're early in your rehab journey or ready to rebuild strength and confidence, this program provides the structure and support you need to move forward safely and effectively.

Delivered over 16 weeks (billed every 4 weeks), your program is fully personalised to your condition, goals, and current capabilities. You'll be guided through how to train with your injury, improve movement mechanics, build strength and stability, enhance flexibility, and make sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term success.

Ongoing support is included throughout, with regular check-ins and direct messaging access to ensure you're progressing confidently and making necessary adjustments along the way.

Note: Medical clearance is recommended before beginning this program.
