Personalised program and 'in-your-pocket' coaching
1:1 Coaching is the premium coaching service offered here at Bodyworx. Available in 12 or 24 -week blocks, programs are for those people who want a fully personalised approach to injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, or improving mobility issues.
Each program is individually designed around your goals, movement capacity, training experience, and lifestyle. You’ll receive structured programming that evolves with you over time, ensuring you’re progressing safely and effectively without guesswork.
Throughout your program, you’ll have ongoing coaching support, regular check-ins, and scheduled 1:1 sessions (video or in-person) at key points to review progress, refine technique, and keep everything aligned.
This is a high-touch coaching experience built to provide clarity, accountability, and direction from start to finish.
Nutrition coaching can also be added to your program if you’d like additional support with performance, recovery, or body composition goals.

Bodyworx Training Club

The Bodyworx Training Club is a flexible, subscription-based training program designed for all levels, from complete beginners through to advanced athletes. It provides structured weekly programming that helps you build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent with your training, without the need for a 1:1 coaching commitment.
Every Sunday, the training for the following week will be uploaded. You'll be able to enter your results and keep track of your progress by checking your training history, all from the app. With clear progressions and scalable options, you can choose either limited or full equipment variations depending on what you have available. This makes it easy to train at home, in the gym, or wherever suits your lifestyle.
The program is designed to be progressive, adaptable, and easy to follow, giving you structure without rigidity so you can stay consistent long term.
As a member, you’ll also gain access to the online Training Club community, where you can connect with others in the program, stay accountable, and be part of a supportive training environment.
With no sign-up fees and the flexibility to cancel anytime, the Training Club gives you structured coaching without long-term commitment.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition Coaching at Bodyworx is designed to complement your training and support your goals around performance, recovery, body composition, and overall wellbeing.
It can be added to any 1:1 Coaching program or Training Club membership, or completed as a standalone focus depending on your needs. Support is practical, realistic, and tailored to your lifestyle, helping you build sustainable habits rather than short-term fixes.
You’ll receive personalised guidance, ongoing support, and clear strategies to improve your day-to-day nutrition in a way that aligns with your training, schedule, and goals.
Throughout your coaching, we focus on education and consistency, helping you understand what works for your body so you can make confident decisions long term without relying on rigid plans.
Seasonal group nutrition challenges are also run throughout the year for those who want structured, short-term focus and extra accountability in a community setting.
